MUSIC FOR THE WORLD
DUST OF SOUL PROJECTS
Their music has led Dust of Soul from New York to Europe, to North Africa into the Middle East. In all places they have come up with projects.
Dust of Soul’s new song and video project is about India. The inspiration comes from Oman, where the artists became friends with many Indians living there – many of them great artists. The title song ‘Flow’ introduces Indian music combined with the style of Dust of Soul. The Album ‘Dust of Soul In Colors’ will be release in early spring 2019.
W. M. P. Concert Hall in New York
The musicians started their career on the Broadway in New York in 2012 and were living in Manhattan for almost half a year. Their concert debut they celebrated in the Piano Bar ‘Don’t Tell Mama’. Thereafter multiple performances followed such as the incredible concert at the iconic W. M. P Concert Hall in Midtown Manhattan where Dust of Soul introduced their first show.
Open Air on the Ice Field
Both the Swiss artists have hosted own concerts ever since they started their musical career. The musicians have remained true to their roots and have built up a large fan base in their home country. This has resulted in many friendships, and many of them support Dust of Soul in their music projects in Switzerland as their team.
In the Opera House in Milano
In 2015, Dust of Soul performed in the opera house ‘Teatro Dal Verme’ in Milano in front of more than 1000 people. The renowned theater offered the perfect ambience for Dust of Soul to perform in their style. Pianist MiKey is dressed since 2014 by the Italian fashion label ‘Cleofe Finati by Archetipo’. So Dust of Soul is always back in Italy for the annual fashion show.
In the amphitheater Oman
‘The Color of Oman is Love’ is the name of the song Dust of Soul dedicated to Oman. Since 2016, the musicians duo has initiated projects in the Arabian Peninsula and events such as a the ‘Kids Musical Day’ or cultural events ‘Oman & amp; Switzerland – Humanity First’. In October 2017, Dust of Soul performed for MTV India’s show at the Amphitheater Qurum in Muscat.
At the cathedral in Cartage
In 2013, Dust of Soul traveled to Tunisia for the very first time. There their music has become very popular through Facebook. Since then, the Swiss duo has performed regularly, as in the Saint-Louis Cathedral ‘Acropolium de Carthage’, and produced their first single ‘Believe’ with cellist Mohamed Amine Ben Smida of the Symphony Orchestra Tunis.
