The Ram­bler Presents: Venice in Focus

We wel­come you to a week­end to cel­e­brate Venice’s art and cul­ture! There will be Live Music, Art, Fash­ion, Lec­tures, Ven­dors, Food, and Much More!

Event Back­ground:
Over the last year, The Ram­bler has set out to doc­u­ment the his­to­ry of Venice, CA. We have spo­ken to artists, musi­cians, fash­ion design­ers, skate­board­ers, surfers, body­builders, and over­all amaz­ing locals to learn about what makes this neigh­bor­hood so spe­cial. This event is the cul­mi­na­tion of that explo­ration, where we will bring togeth­er many of the peo­ple that we met in this process and wel­come all of you to cel­e­brate the cre­ativ­i­ty, wack­i­ness, and pas­sion that sits with­in the neigh­bor­hood of Venice! An Impor­tant Venice Cause:
As part of this event, we will be rais­ing aware­ness and funds to revi­tal­ize E.L Holmes Square (The For­mer First Bap­tist Church) into a cul­tur­al cen­ter for the Oak­wood neigh­bor­hood. The mis­sion of this fes­ti­val is to sup­port the cre­ation of a new Oak­wood Cul­tur­al Center.
